On 26Th January 1986 with the great effort of MD. TAUHEED KHAN some Social workers gather together for common purpose to solve the problems relating to Health, Education and Employment of downtrodden Alp Sankhyak, Harijan and other back classes of society whose conditions are very miserable and include them in mainstream of society. All the Scholars agreed to start a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) and the same day the named it Alp Sankhyak Avam Harijan Samaj Kalyan Kendra. The first general meeting of this Organisation held on 5TH May of 1986. In this meeting they unanimously made the Bylaws Memorandum (Niyamawali and Smriti Patra) and agreed to register this Organisation under Society Registration Act 21, 1860. In this way there comes the existence of Alp Sankhyak Avam Harijan Samaj Kalyan on 5TH May 1986. This organisation has been registered by Bihar Registrar, Registration Office, Patna`

The Organisation started working in the direction of achieving the goal set by this Organisation. The Organisation worked for problem related Health, Education etc in Rural and Urban areas and organized many awareness programme and still doing the same. . The organized run many programme successfully under the Bihar State Social welfare Board, Patna like awareness and many short programmes related to education for the benefit of society.`
The organisation organized a training programme to make Shoe and Sleeper among 25persons of Schedule caste of Rural Areas with the support of DRDA and provided loan to them to run business related to above activities from Block.`

Further to fulfill the aim set by the organisation, it run many other programmes under various agency. Avaibility of Pure water awareness camp with the support of CAPART, New Delhi, provided vocational training of Sewing and knitting among 50 women under the project DAWAKRA and distributed Sewing machines among them, for the cleanliness of Rural areas to produce Low cost Shulabh Sauchalaya under the Project CRSP, provided training of bending shoes to improve small scale business among Rural areas under project PC, organized workshop of Panchayati Raj with the support of OV. All the above mentioned activities are done by organisation before 1995. All the project were related to improve the lifestyles of Minorities, Schedule Caste and other Backwards section of Society. The organisation organized a vocational training programme of sewing and Cutting and Market Management trade among women in three Sessions and each session consists of 25 women with the support of Ministry of Human resource and development.
